What is the return policy?
Returns and Refunds: We comply with EU and UK consumer protection laws, including:
- A 14-day right of withdrawal for unopened products (cooling-off period).
- To request a return, contact us at contact@goldenbirdcocktails.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Refunds will be issued upon receipt of returned goods in saleable condition.
- Shipping costs for returns are the buyer's responsibility unless the product is faulty.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened unless they are faulty.
When will I receive my order?
In stock products will be shipped within two (2) to three (3) business days from the confirmation of the order by Goldenbird. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Within mainland France: 3 to 5 business days.
Within Europe: 4 to 8 business days
Outside Europe: 5 to 10 business days. PRE ORDER products will be shipped within the designated timeframe on the product page. Some Limited Edition products may ship 4-8 weeks after the order has been placed. Please email contact@goldenbirdcocktails.com for further information.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in both France and Australia.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
